Hello,

I have paid for individual plan (The chepest one). I've downloaded Program Lightroom(not classic) for my own laptop and it can be use. I've read that this plan can download to 2devices but use not the same time. Then, my sister, she wants to download Lightroom on her laptop as well (We won't use Program in the same time). It shown like this when double click for install the program. It's not because the internet connection. Can someone help me?

Thank you !!

Correct answer Abambo

No internet connection says what it means...no connection to the internet.

Look here for solutions: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

As of the license terms the following points may be interesting to you:

6. User Conduct.

6.1 Responsible Use. The Adobe communities often consist of users who expect a certain degree of courtesy and professionalism. You must use the Services and Software responsibly.

6.2 Misuse. You must not misuse the Services or Software. For example, you must not:

...

(b) enable or allow others to use the Services or Software using your account information;

...

I'm not a lawyer, however, I'm not sure that this clause (b) is enforceable where I live in the case of strongly connected people (ie family members living at the same address). In the case of underage children it is simply necessary that father/mother takes the license for use by the kids. It would be different if there is real concurrent use or with separated households.

The license is for one person. That one person could have more than one device, but it isn't for sharing, not even with family, so far as I know.

That's not what's wrong here but I thought you should know.
