My mac hangs at "Please wait for a moment" right after "Validating license"message.

I was subscribing under school/ university plan, and has been using adobe for free for the last 4 years.

After I graduated in May, the school stopped the permission, and I don't have any plan registered yet.

So, I tried to install the free trial version of Illustrator and After Effects, but every time I try to open them, they wouldn't come up on the screen.

I checked my adobe manager app, and there is no update required or available at this moment.

My mac is High Sierra (Retina 15-inch, 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7, and it has 16GB memory.

Could you please let me know what to do?

I can also send you my serial number, so you can fix it on my computer if you need.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
