My mac mini crashed & I had to reformat the disk and reinstall the OSX. I then recovered everything through time machine. All works normally except that none of my Adobe CS5 apps work. I keep getting this notice: Configuration error 213:5. I am also instructed to contact adobe customer support and am given a link for this. Alas, it seems easier to break into Fort Knox than to talk to someone that can help me! For over 8 years I used my CS5 without ANY issues — I hope I can get some help to reestablish use of my CS5 Apps. PLEASE HELP 🙂

time machine is problematic with adobe apps.

undo your time machine application to adobe apps and properly install your cs5 and then activate (offline is easiest)

Thanks...

Unfortunatelyyyy I don't have myy CS5 disks. I bought this mac mini with CS5 alreadyyy loaded and never had anyyyy problems. Do you know how I could go about executing what you suggested?

Thanks in advance 🙂

If it was already loaded, did you get a full transfer of license, and serial number for CS5? Or was it just "by the way, here it is".
