My old PC is defect. I want to install my Creative Suite 3 Design Professional. What can I do. I cannot deinstall.

?? Mein alter PC ist kaputt. Deshalb kann ich die Software Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Professional nicht deinstallieren, möchte sie aber auf dem neuen PC wieder nutzen. Was kann ich tun??

    You are allowed to have two activated installations.  If you only have the one failed then you can still install on another.  You can download the files to install from the following:

    CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs3-product-downloads.html

    If you need to find your serial number: Find your serial number quickly

    You can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations too.  THis will free up the one on the failed machine so that you can still have an extra.
