"My Orders" Not Showing Download

I purchased CS5.5 Production Premium Suite upgrade yesterday 4-13-12. For two days, I have tried to download from the "My Orders" page in my Adobe account but have not seen any orders or downloads fromthe page.

I can see the loading activiity icon "spinning" but nothing shows up on the page. I have tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera browsers to see if the download will work on those browsers without success. I have been downloading from Adobe since 1990. No luck. This is a first for me.

I am sure I will get help Monday from Adobe, but would like to work with the new upgrade this weekend. Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.

    Yes, I have the serial number. It is download only. I am using Mac OS X version 10.7.3. Thanks for any help.

    Thank you Manish_1988 you have solved my problem. Excellent suggestion! I am now downloading CS5.5 and I am very excited about getting an upgrade to CS6! I was just determined to download from My Orders and didn't think about trial version. You made my day better for some projects this weekend!

    Go to this link and download the software , use your serial number to serialize it....

    You can backup these downloaded file on DVD or on your computer for future use.

    Did you placed order for DVD or download link......

    Do you have the serial number of the Production Premium cs5.5 that you have bought?

    Which OS you are on?
