My Paid Creative Cloud Membership Never Activated

I Paid for a 9.99/mo Creative Cloud membership to use the Photoshop cc 2017 app in August 2017. But after i downloaded the application, it says my "Trial has expired." I paid for the full activation. for 2 months now.

Somehow i followed the links and messages to purchase the membership (which i have already paid for for 2 months) and ended up prepaying an entire year subscription $119.

- i haven't been able to activate my subscription for 2 months

- but the account has deducted 9.99 for two months

- and somehow the user flow took me to pay for an entire year

So i cancelled the prepaid year subscription and received a refund confirmation, but i can not claim or get help for the previous 2 payments of 9.99.

I WANT to pay monthly and use the 9.99/mo subscription BUT i also want to activate it and USE IT.

I want the payments taken refunded before i make another payment and have more money taken for no services given.

HELP.

If you neglected to get help with the trial status when you first noticed it then you will likely have to live with having the subscription active since you initiated the subscription.  You can always try to contact Adobe Support (these forums are not that) and see if they are willing to work with you.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Hi,

You need to contact the customer service by phone to cancel one of your subscriptions and get a refund .

For activation issue :

1- Check if you're logged with the correct Adobe ID on CC desktop apps .

2- Check your hosts file ( Solution 2 ) on this doc :
