Question

My paid for Adobe suite is asking me to trial

Hi Guys,

I don't know what has happened but I have been a paid subscriber for some time and I tried to open Illustrator and update photoshop and after it updated when I clicked on the Creative Cloud it's asking me to trial the apps. I was about to start reworking on a project in photoshop and it's extremely frustrating. I have signed out and signed in again. I have deactivated and reactivated. My profile in Chrome for some reason says I have a free version but in Safari all my correct details are there, including my receipts.

I could really use some help please if anyone has an ideas, I would be really grateful?

Hi Cindy,

If you tried all of those things, you will need to contact Customer Care:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Click the chat link in the lower right and type “agent” to get a human.

Many thanks for this jane-e but I have tried all of those things. The weird thing is I just tried opening a psd and it opened with no problem, even though it says trial. However, I am having trouble opening Illustrator. Any ideas please?
