My PC crashed. I am thinking of converting to a Mac and all of my software is PC based. My questions are;

My PC crashed. I am thinking of converting to a Mac and all of my software is PC based.

All of my Adobe software is on disk; CS5 Production Premium, CS 5 Web Premium, Lightroom 5

1) How do I convert from Windows OS to Mac OS or will I have to purchase additional software to make them compatible

2) Are updates available if I have to reinstall from disk with the Windows OS

3) What options do I have available?

You will need to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform switch, though even that actually doesn't make much sense. There are notable compatibility issues with OS X 10.10. all software these days are downloads.
