My Photoshop CC was deleted off of my computer and I could not download it again so I cancelled my monthly plan, but now I want to re-download it and it says I already have that plan but when I click on my plan on my account it says its canceled?

If you cancelled the plan, it is cancelled.  You will need to sign up for a new plan.

If you did not use the CC Cleaner Tool when you lost/deleted the installation then you should start there.

what is the time limit of a plan until a user become officially eligible to use product without a need of paying it any further. I was paying for this plan since last 13 months. I cancelled it now but i am no longer able to use the product. some features are disabled. Any guidance?
