My photoshop elements 13 software has downloaded to my hard drive as "product", but it doesn't open or work/run at all! Can anyone help?

with pse you usually dl two files, an exe and a 7z.

if that's what you've done, put both files in the same directory and double click the exe.

if that's not what you've done, do that.  or explain what files (names and extensions) you've dl'd.
