I paid for creative cloud under my student account the day after my trial ended. It isn't showing up under my plans, even though I got a confirmation email and they took money out of my account. I can't contact adobe because it says to reach out to my "admin" or "IT" but I don't know who that would be since I registered with UCF. I can't even cancel the subscription because my plan isn't showing up, and all adobe apps are disabled because my trial ended. PLEASE HELP I need to fulfil my clients orders.
