My pre-paid installation card number does not work.

      A few months ago, I bought  pre-paid Adoe Photoshop Lements installation crd from Offfice Depot.   Unfortunately, when I go to the Adobe downlaod site, teeh number doe sno work.   What do i do?  I have not beena ble to find a customre suppor tphone number to talk to anyone about this.
