My previous purchase of CS5 isn't in my download history

In the past when I've had to install on a new computer, my purchase is in Order History. My old laptop crashed but before that the serial number was extracted. I cannot find my purchase even though I've paid for the product.

Did you look under the My products section in your Adobe account online?

If you remain unable to find it you will need to get the assistance of Adobe support.  Chat is your best bet when they are available.
