My product code is not long enough to get my serial number for installation

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Best Buy last night & I have looked EVERYWHERE for the 24 Alpha-Numerical Product Code to obtain my Serial Number for installation.

(Whew, that was a mouthful! lol) The Product Code on the box & coordinating pamphlet is there, BUT the code is NOT LONG ENOUGH.

There are 6 boxes to insert the product code numbers, which needs to be 24 characters long, BUT.....I only have 19 Alpha-Numerical numbers.

I have been banging my head against the wall, trying to figure out how to install my product, but without the right amount of numbers, I cannot even INSTALL my Photoshop Elements.

If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated!

Thankyou,

Lori Nicolls

    Oh WoW!!

Thankyou for taking time to respond to my plea for help. I am even more upset, because I just realized Best Buy sold me the Student/Teacher edition of Adobe Photoshop & I am NEITHER a student or teacher.

How upsetting....Ces't La Vie...lol.... Lesson learned to double check what a Sales Associate tells you that you NEED.  This is my very FIRST EVER MacBook Pro & in the excitement, I assumed he knew what he was doing.....

Thanks again, I appreciate your response....
