My products have vanished from my account

Hi all, I have been fully updated to the photoshop elements 2024 and even 25 as an add on but when I try to open any of them they tell me the only serial numbers I have are up to 2018, now when I look at my products in my account when I am signed into Adobe none of my products are there except up t0 2011, then it gives me 4 codes ro use tp sign in up to my 2018 version but none of the codes work.So Can anyone help me or at least explain why Adobe who have had plenty money off of me for a good few years now why they dont show my products up tp 2025. if it so they can put me on a yearl subscription it wont work.So please I am at a loss what to do next.Thank you in advance for your time and trouble.
