My purchase is not showing up on my profile, even though I received the email confirmation. What do I do?
I already had an account set up so I could trial Lightroom for one of my courses. A family member covered the year all apps for me as a gift, and so I gave him all the required information to do so, including my school email which I received the confirmation of the purchase. I assumed this meant I as able to open the creative cloud pin on my computer (Mac), and start downloading the programs, but they still say "Try" as if I didn't purchase them. I looked on my profile and there wasn't anything listed in my order history either. I thought maybe there was a delay but after reading online I don't think there is supposed to be. I logged out of the creative cloud downloaded on my Mac and logged back in, as well as updated the apps to see if that would refresh the browser but that didn't do the trick either. I'm new to adobe and learning the programs for school, any tips help! Thanks.
