My Refund Has Not Come In

So a little while ago, maybe 1 week or so, I installed illustrator. I was trying to use it for fashion but I came to the conclusion that it was not the right application. I soon requested a refund less than 16 hours later. I have then every day waited to see the full refund come back but nothing was hitting my account. Adobe, please help. Thank you! If needed, I will privately send more information such as serial number and order number.

Bankers are not found our Refund amoun which you have refunded on 30th December, 2022. Please help us to sort on this
