MY SERIAL NUMBER DOESNT WORK WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY PROGRAMS WORKING?

I'm having the same issue.  I purchased Acrobat 9 Standard and when I install it says the serial number is incorrect.

Please specify the product, if it is Creative Cloud then serial number is not required,

If it is perpetuate product then you can try :

• Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite
• Serial Number not working
• Error "This serial number is not for a qualifying product" | CS6, CS5.5, CS5
• Download and Installation Help
