HNK the difficulties you are describing are different than what was discussed in the previous discussion.

Are you utilizing the Creative Suite 6 serial number registered under your account at Find your serial number ?  From your e-mail address it appears you work for an organization.  If so then your organization likely has a volume license for Creative Suite 6.  The volume license serial number will be available at http://licensing.adobe.com/.

In regards to the installation reverting to trial mode what system utilities are implemented on the current computer?  Does the User account you are utilizing have Full Admin access to the computer?  Do you use any type of utilities that may revert the computer to a previous state?

HNK this discussion was last updated in 2013.  What specific error are you receiving, in 2016, when activating Creative Suite 6?  What operating system are you using?

Hi Jeff, I'm experiencing this issue with a couple of machines in our organization. We're running Win7, X64 with 8GB RAM. Photoshop CS6 will install, but after about 30 days it will revert to a trial version. In the past I've been able to run the updater tool which works as a temporary workaround, but the application will still revert to trial after a short period. another solution was to insert the serial number again, but today, Photoshop repeatedly told me the serial number was incorrect, even though i was copying & pasting it from a notepad document. I couldn't even run a repair as i was told that the serial number was incorrect. It seems that this issue has been ongoing for 3 - 4 years & no-one has been able to come up with a definitive solution. Please help.
