My serial number is not accepted?

I have the same problem as Alan. I went ahead and reinstalled my creative suite as suggested and I have the serial number but when I try to open up photoshop or any of the programs it says my license has expired and doesn't ask me for my serial number. Where can I put in my serial number to be able to use my programs again? Thanks!

Finally is working! What happened is I had to uninstall all my cs adobe files. This is not done by simply moving the files to the trash as one adobe representative told me to do. I went to the file and clicked on the 'uninstall' file they had. Than I downloaded them again from that link you provided. I had to change my computer security settings because it said it didn't recognize the file I downloaded. As soon as I did that adobe presented a place for me to enter my serial number. I spoke to an adobe representative via chat who said he "took care of my serial number" (to delete it from my other computer? -I'm not sure if it would have worked had he not done anything). Anyways... FINALLY it works and I couldn't be happier! Hopefully this helps someone else out!

Suziel5524127 if your serial number is still showing as valid on http://www.adobe.com/ then it is likely your licensing files were also damaged when your hard drive crashed.  Did you attempt to copy/transfer Creative Suite 5 to the new hard drive?
