my serial numbers given through TechSoup do not work

On February 25, 2015 request for Adobe donation through TechSouth number 1326361 was approved for Photoshop Elements 12 ESD (US English) quantity 3 and Premiere Elements 12 ESD (US English) quantity 3.  The 6 serial numbers listed do not work.  What do I do?  TechSoup says get help from Adobe.
