My serialnumber is not accepted when I want to upgrade

Hello!

I try to Upgrade my Master Collection 6. I need this Upgrade today. When I put in my serialnumber, it is not acceptet.

I have 2 Adobe user id, and i tried both.

    Believes message was that Serial number was not accepted. But I found another solution and has been updated programs.

    What message are you getting that causes you to say the serial number is not accepted?
