My subscription needs an update to education plan

Question

Is there a way to do this without canceling the existing plan?

Or, do I have to cancel the one I have now and re-order it?

I tried googling it, It seems like there was a 'education verification' section under profile which I cannot find anymore.

You do have to cancel a regular subscription to buy an education one

Contact support to do that without a cancellation fee

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
