bom dia,

tive a versão trial instalada no pc, sendo que usei os dias todos a que tive direito.

optei por fazer a compra do Photoshop; qual já esta feita e a ser contabilizada, e sempre que abro Photoshop

aparece a confirmação do email da conta da adobe, pede para licenciar e diz que não encontra assinatura.

sempre usei o mesmo email para tudo.

e já agora alguém sabe o numero de apoio da adobe para eu entrar em contacto ( português de preferência)

As per your description you had a Photoshop CC app trial installed on your machine and now you have purchased a subscription of it. The installed app asks to sign in to activate and when you do it says that the email is not correct or cant find any subscription on that email. Is that correct ?

If yes, the please refer to the following help document to resolve this issue: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.

However if it is a different error message, then I would request you to share a screen shot of the error screen with us. See: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
