Não consigo acessar minha licença

Olá,

Há menos de 1 mês eu comprei a licença da Creative Cloud, fiz o pagamento e foi confirmado. Utilizei o programa Lightroom e Photoshop (que estão inclusos no pacote) durante o tempo de avaliação. Eu achava que quando acabasse a avaliação automaticamente atualizaria para a minha licença, mas desde ontem estou tentando usar e não consigo. Já procurei ajuda no suporte e diz que não tenho nenhum pedido feito, sendo que eu tenho o email de confirmação de pagamento. Gostaria de saber que medidas tomar para ter acesso aos programas pois são minha ferramenta de trabalho.

Hi Beatriz,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, I don't see any active subscription under this ID.

As you mentioned that you have all the payment details, kindly Contact Customer Care for more information.

Also, please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID.
