Não consigo instalar Photoshop e Lightroom

Olá,

Tudo bem?

Não consigo instalar os dois programas ( Photoshop e Lightroom ). Baixei o Photoshop_Set-Up.exe e o Lightroom_Set-Up.exe e não consigo fazer o download. Diz que é falha da conexão junto ao servidor da Adobe.

Como posso proceder?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud  and use it to install your cc programs/trials.

Boa tarde. Qual a solução para eu conseguir instalar uma versão anterior do Photoshop e do Lightroom, via criative cloud? Meu iMac é meados de 2011 e usa High Sierra, o que o torna imcopatível com os programas atualizados.

Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager
You must ask chat support for a link if you need to have any version 2020 programs
