Não estou conseguindo abrir um arquivo online

Boa tarde, baixei o app pela Apple e não estou conseguindo abrir os Arquivos que preciso do curso que estou fazendo online. Quando clico para abrir o arquivo a página fica em branco. Oque faço?

You downloaded an app by Apple for an online course? 

Are you in the right place?  This is an Adobe user forum, not an Apple forum.
