Não instala depois que da queda de energia

OLá eu estava instalando o Potoshop e teve uma queda de energia e quando fui retonar a instalação, ele não instala, ja baixei nosvos arquivos mas não instala, tento desinstala o adobe creative cloud da maquina e tbm não vai... podem ajudar por favor? Obrigado

You may need to use the cleaner before doing an install
