Nao recebi o numero de serie

Comprei o photoshop pelo site, mas nao recebi em meu email o numero de serie, somente a fatura com o número do pedido. Já segui todas as instruçoes do site, ja fui em meus produtos e serviços e lá nao aparece nem o produto adquirido. Como posso receber esse número de série???
