Need Activation Code For a VERY Legacy Version of PSE

I have a downloaded Electronic Install package for a VERY legacy version of Adobe Photoshop Elements.  I'm guessing its about 8-10 years old.

I installed the software many years ago on one computer; and it still works fine under Windows 10.

The PSE has a 'twenty (20) digit serial number' on the computer it is installed on.

I'd like to install this software on another computer; but the Installer package needs a 'Code' to install the full working version of this Legacy PSE.  I can install a 'Trial Version' using this installer.

Adobe says that they no longer issue a 'Code' for this legacy software.  The '20 digit serial number' I have has stumped the Adobe people I have contacted as well.

How might I determine the 'Code' which was used to install PSE on the computer it is currently installed on; so that it may be installed on another computer from the Install package I have?

Or alternatively, how might I transfer the program directly from the one computer it is currently on to another computer?

Thanks in advance for assistance.

all adobe serial numbers are 24 digit numbers and you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

    1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,

        a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

        b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)

    2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:)  https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

    3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html

    *

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

your license is for an upgrade version.
when starting your installation you're prompted for your cs6 serial number.  when the installer fails to find a qualifying product (ie, previous version) installed, you will be presented with a dropdown of possible qualifying products.  select the one you own.  you will then be asked to enter the qualifying products serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.

Thanks VERY much. This TOTALLY RESOLVED my issue. I was able to extract

the full 24 character Serial Number using the BelArc software download; and

then I was able to get another replacement download through the Chat

System; once I had this Serial Number.
