Need an older version to my paid serial

I bought Photoshop Elements 9 last spring. (software download)

This week i reinstalleded windows7 because of a new motherboard.

When i came here to download photoshop E 9  again  there is  only 10 available.
I don't want to upgrade. I want the product i have paied for and are very sattisfied with.

Why is it not still here, at some older versions menue?  Or is it?

I got my serialnumber here at my account on adobes website.

The applications should be here someware...right??
