Need creative cloud extract offline version for cross platform

I am a full stack web developer and a Ubuntu user. It makes me uncomfortable to work in windows and I can't afford a apple pc. It is really time consuming to go to this website Get assets & CSS from PSD comp for HTML | Creative Cloud Extract for extracting all elements and see the used font information. So what I only want is a offline version of this site(such as - electron app or any other way) with more features just for reading a file(psd and other) correctly(measuring distances, extracting images know the fonts etc).
