need creative cloud help with wrong email

hey guys any of you can help that would be great, i can't log in into my account because I left my Mac air with my sister and she logged into the creative cloud app and entered a wrong email and now i don't see no options on my screen only to verify the email and to resend the email verification, just want to enter my actual working account
