Need .exe file for Adobe Elements 15

Dell may be able to provide it if it was installed by Dell.
They provided me with an OS restore disc after I replaced a failed hard drive in a very old laptop running Windows 7.

I purchased Elements 15 with my Dell computer almost 10 years ago.

If this was pre-installed at the factory, it might be an OEM which typically can’t be transferred to other devices.
