Hello i am trying to install my Adobe creative suiute6 and ive put in my serial number etc and has gone onto install. It then says I have programs still running, which i have ended, and it says that they might be running in the background, everything i can see i have ended so why isnt it working? Adobe gives me a link for help about closing programs yet that is unavailable?!
Anyone know?
