Need HELP activating CS5 on new laptop.

It has been over 30 days that we have been hounding Adobe for help. We have a CS5 product that is registered to us but the qualifying product # doesnt work....

Adobe pointed us to this link:

https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads

BUT this serial number produces an error:

We were told Adobe support would call us. 

We waited 45 mins on phone waiting for them to pick up on a call that Adobe initiated (that was suppose to happen at 10:30(EST) ----

We tried twitter...

We have continual tried "CHAT"...

    are you trying to install cs5 or cs2?

    if cs5, that link is irrelevant and you should be using your own serial number, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/my-serial-number-doesnt-work.html
