Need HELP activating CS5 on new laptop.
It has been over 30 days that we have been hounding Adobe for help. We have a CS5 product that is registered to us but the qualifying product # doesnt work....

BUT this serial number produces an error:

We were told Adobe support would call us.
We waited 45 mins on phone waiting for them to pick up on a call that Adobe initiated (that was suppose to happen at 10:30(EST) ----

We tried twitter...

We have continual tried "CHAT"...
