Need help, been charged $10 more for my subscription

Hi, I currently have the student subscription for Adobe creative cloud, the one that is $19.99 a month.

I just checked on one of my accounts lately, and I notice that I was charged $30 for this month rather than the usual $20 I'm charged for with the student subscription. I need help for why this happened all of a sudden.

Sounds like the first 12 months discounted rate has ended.

For the second and subsequent years, the monthly fee reverts to full price.

I have the same problem however, I have only had the account for six months.

The CC was purchased on 02 Nov 2015 so the change in price is due to the renewal of the yearly CC contract.

So if I'm reading this correctly, it's possible to go back to the $20 plan once charged with the full $30? But anyways, thanks for the link, it was very helpful!
