Need help canceling CC subscription

I've been through the awesome loop of clicking on the support URL here: Contact Customer Care  and arriving on the Cancel Account information here: How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership and clicking on the "Manage Plan" link and then seeing no "Cancel plan" link.

Hilariously/aggravatingly, I do see this "Note":

Don't see a Cancel plan button? Contact us to cancel your membership.

This Contact us link sends me back to the beginning! Neat! And it appears there's no number to call or contact form to fill out as any recourse. Effective strategy, Adobe! I guess I'm a customer for life!

It's possible that you didn't see the Cancel option as your plan was in the process of renewing.  If you try again, you should be able to manage your plan.

Hello can you please help me to cancel my subscription.. i already follow the tutorial but cannot cancek it... because when i go to manage plan.. there is nothing . just my address and my cc no. .How can i cancel my subcription.. tq
