Need help changing account email for Photoshop

Just recently purchased Photoshop subscription and I am locked out of it due to an invalid email that somehow was over written/auto entered during my purchase. It's very close to the email I use now, however the I have lost the older email password so I cannot retrieve my validation number. How can I contact the Adobe Customer Care and update my file either verbally or through online care?
