Need help downloading entire CS5.5 Design Premium application

I own CS5.5 Design Premium and I want to download it onto my new Mac. Except, this Mac does not have a place to put my installation CD in. So I am wanting to download Design Premium either in trial version or whatever in which I will input my serial number and thus have full access to all the design premium applications. Yet, I am unable to find the trial version for CS5.5 Design Premium... I have tried to download it via this link here but each time the download does not seem to work/finish. I think it is because it is the full version and believes that I don't have a serial number. I'm not sure. Someone please help me.

But it does not work...its the download that I have tried numerous times unsuccessfully in which I believe doesn't work because it doesn't realize i have a serial number. Know what I mean?

no, i don't know what you mean.

a serial number is not needed for download. a serial number is needed for activation.

have you downloaded the installation files?

if not click the link and download.

if yes, what files (names and extensions) do you have an what is the problem?
