Need help finding CC membership/account info on an existing MAC

Hi, Windows IT guy here with a noob question. I have a client with an existing MAC running CC (might be other adobe products too). The old Graphics Designer who set everything up has left and new Designer doesn't know. Can I find the Adobe membership / account info from the installed Adobe product.

The end goal is to install the same applications and versions on a new MAC laptop. My thinking is that with their account info I could find exactly what they have purchased, and add another seat for the new laptop.

whoever has the email address that made the purchase owns (and controls) the account. was that the departed designer or your company?

I don't know, and I'm not sure they know either. If it was the designer he might have registered it with his company account. In any case, can I find this account / registration on the existing MAC? Perhaps open the program and look in something like "Help / About" in the menu, or maybe an Adobe registration list / key / account stored on the MAC somewhere. It would seem that the MAC would have to check with Adobe when starting the program to see if the subscription was good.

you can open the cc desktop app. that may show the email address used but it won't show the password and you'll need both.
