Need help finding serial number

I purchased Photoshop in a box, long before the creative cloud. Then I upgraded online to CS6.  I just had to erase everything off my MAC so now I have lost PS. I have searched my email, and I cannot find my serial number.  I called Adobe support and they told me to post here, and that someone could help me.

I am a Photographer and really need my Photoshop back.

Thank you in advance,

Jamie

Unfortunately, these are user-to-user forums which aren't for account/activation problems. That said, take a look on adobe.com for your serial number under https://accounts.adobe.com/products If you registered, the serial should be there.

If you got the boxed version, I don't think Adobe sent the serial via - it was only on the box.
