Need help in purchasing online for student!

Hi everyone!

I am new in this forum, I try to search my problem but so far there is no clear answer

Currently, I am a student in Poland, I would like to buy Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium.

However, in Poland, there is no discount for student and the price for normal purchase is ridiculous high.(See picture below)

Luckily, I have one friend who studies nursing in an American college. I can ask her to buy the student version. However, I get some confuses. Could anyone answer?

1) What step I need to do when buying student version?

2) Can I pay the product by Master Card issued in Europe ( in my case: Poland)?

3) After the purchase, can I register it in my name and not in my friend's name?

I appreciate any help.

It's really a bad new. Then, can I ask my friend in US buy one?

Best would be, that you use Contact Customer Care = http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html >  > View all Products ... > Select a product or service... > Creative Suite 6 Design and/or Web Premium aso. > Select a topic ... > buying ... > I still need help ... > Chat (If "open" please use chat. I had the best experiences. I quote from Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.)

Unfortunately, the discount is only for creative suite cloud. There is no student discount for cs6 in Poland website.

Die Produktion von Adobe Creative Suite 6 sowie Photoshop CS6 Extended, Flash Professional CS6 und Dreamweaver CS6 als unbefristet nutzbare Student and Teacher Edition für Lehrer, Schüler und Studenten wird zum 28.02.2014 eingestellt. Bereits ab jetzt gilt: Die Auslieferung erfolgt unter dem Vorbehalt der Verfügbarkeit bei Adobe bzw. so lange der Vorrat reicht. Als Folgeangebot gilt das Abo-Angebot  Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher.

What means something like:

The production of the Adobe Creative Suite 6 and Photoshop CS6 Extended, Flash Professional CS6 and Dreamweaver CS6 as unlimited usable Student and Teacher Edition for teachers, pupils and students will be discontinued by 28.02.2014.
