I have LR3 on my computer...I purchased the LR4 upgrade...downloaded it...and installed...now I can't find it...can some one please help me. I am not tech savy.  Thanks.

    Thank you so much. I am using a mac. I found it...I was just assuming it would show up on my dock . I appreciate your help. Have a good day. Now one more question. Now that I have it installed, what do I do with the LR4 icon on my desk top?

    Hello, the first step to get help would be to tell us if you are using a mac or a pc, and maybe the version of the operating system.

    On a mac, all programs can be found on applications. Run Lr4 from there, and move its icon to the inside of the dock.

    On a PC, did you look in the start menu?

    What computer? On Win there will/ should be a shortcut on the start menu and desktop, on Mac your program will simply be in the Applications folder - like any other programs.
