Need help running and installing creative cloud/applications

Hello, I'm a student trying to get creative cloud and multiple adobe applications working at home so i don't have to make a 5 hour round trip ride to school and am running into a lot of problems just getting the programs running.

first setup: i'm using windows 7 - 64 bit with a small 100g primary SSD (C:) and a terabyte secondary drive for most of my data (D:)

i first downloaded CC a while ago and it simply crashed upon opening, tried several times and didn't work, so i was forced to use auxiliary programs to simulate requirements done in class to modest success.

now, after some updates and a new installation of windows 7, i figured i would try again. i downloaded CC and started installing a few applications that i needed (flash, premeier, photoshop, illustrator and after effects). however i don't have enough room on my SSD, so i removed the programs and reinstalled them into a dedicated file on my 😧 drive. flash and premier worked for a few minutes before CC informed me i wouldn't be able to use other programs because there wasn't enough hard drive space to update them.

I have 10 gig of space on my SSD, i understand there is some information that needs to be stored on the C: drive, but why is it taking up more than 10 gig of space?
in order to use 1-2 applications without having update problems, i uninstalled Photoshop and Illustrator, as i'll need them later in the semester, and now CC as a whole simply refuses to work. Just loading up the CC program causes an error. I tried reinstalling it and rebooting the computer. nothing helped. so i uninstalled all of the adobe programs and CC, but CC was still giving me errors in the uninstall.

i have attempted over 10 times to redownload/install CC and the most i have been able to do is to get the CC program itself to start up, but it immediately gives me "DOWNLOAD ERROR" (without an error number) and simply says contact customer support.

I'm currently stuck at this step with no idea of what to do, any help would be appreciated, as i have homework that needs to be done at home and can't do it without these programs

you can circumvent the cc desktop app and install directly from prodesigntools.com

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2015 Release | ProDesignTools

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
