This is unbelivable! It seems so simple to buy the products, and then it turns out to be so extremely difficult. It is one button for buy now. NO questions asked if you want student/teacher version or ordinary version, NOR any questions asked about platform. So now I have the wrong products. I see from your link that I should sign into my regions suppport portal. Well, there are none for Norway in the link. I try and click the support portal for UK and get the error 413 Header Length too Large.
From the menu in my account I find ´learning and support´. I click contact support. I tried this earlier today also, but gave up after one hour of waiting. There are no themes that states Orders and Return. Where do I find this??
I also see that I can expect answer within 2
business days.
