Need help to convert trial version of Premiere Elements 13

I have a trial version of Adobe Premiere Elements 13 and have now bought the full version. I have receied the order confirmation per email with serialnumber. When I enter the serialnumber into the trial version I get the answer that it is invalid. What can I do?

    This is unbelivable! It seems so simple to buy the products, and then it turns out to be so extremely difficult. It is one button for buy now. NO questions asked if you want student/teacher version or ordinary version, NOR any questions asked about platform. So now I have the wrong products. I see from your link that I should sign into my regions suppport portal. Well, there are none for Norway in the link. I try and click the support portal for UK and get the error 413 Header Length too Large.

    From the menu in my account I find ´learning and support´. I click contact support. I tried this earlier today also, but gave up after one hour of waiting. There are no themes that states Orders and Return. Where do I find this??

    I also see that I can expect answer within 2 business days.

    I VERY much regret that I went online to buy the products!

    When I go to my account and view products it states serialnumber. I bought the application from the Norwegian site: Photo editor software, video editor software | Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13. I bought both Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13. There were no questions on what platform I run. I have an  IMac. In the list of products on my account it states that both programs are for windows. Can this be the problem? I just do not understand how I got the windows versions. How can I change it to versions for Mac?

    If you have purchased the application for Windows it will not work on your IMac.

    Now you need to do platform swap . Please refer : Exchange a product for a different language or platform version
