I know I am late to the game on this but need help.  Have Photo Elements includong Photo Shop etc. in 13.  These opened in Application Manager which is no longer available.  Creative Cloud repplaced it. How do I get the apps moved to crective cloud so I can open the apps?  Didn't find a solution in posts.

Thank you

Serial number programs must be individually installed... did you buy a disc or a download?

For serial number programs you may download only if you bought direct from Adobe
-Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--IF a download is available there will be a Download button under the program name
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you always have what you need
---since Adobe DOES sometimes remove very old downloads from their file server
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe you must find your original install
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought and lost a CD/DVD disc Adobe does not provide a replacement
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

Photoshop Elements is a program not part of CC.

Photoshop is a different program that is part of CC.

Exactly what programs did you purchase and install?

What operating system?

If installed on Windows, you should be able to go to Program Files and open the .exe file.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

non-subscription apps like photoshop cs6 and older photoshop elements (pse) programs are not part of cc and can't be moved there.

if you have some adobe cc apps installed or had some installed after installing the above, your license will likely be taken over by cc.

to help you use cs6 and older pse, what exact problem are you seeing?
