Need help upgrading and installing software on a new computer.

Good afternoon, I am from Ukraine. In 2010 our company purchased a product - Design Standard. Serial number <serial number removed-kglad>. Version CS4.
Now we need to update and install this product on another computer. Can you please advise us how we can do it as quickly as possible?

1. posting your serial number causes invalidation of that serial number

2. cs4 can no longer be activated because the cs2, cs3 and cs4 activation servers no longer are operable.

Thanks for the info! Does this mean I can no longer use this product and cannot upgrade to a newer version?
