while installing, you're given a choice between installing as trial and already having a serial number.

    after installing, click help>activate.

    Need assistance.

We need to purchase the Creative Suite 6 software WITH install disks.   Our systems are within a secure environment without Internet access for download or activation.  We can call out on a phone for the code, but we need the install disks to take in and load.

Please advise as to the specific Item number to order that will provide the Install Disks  OR what source I need to contact to get the needed disks.

    Thank you.

We are still have problems with installing (to Adobe's satisfaction) CS6 and we purchased 6 to write over a problem we were having with 5.5 InDesign getting caught in a loop once you 'closed'.

We are at an impass b/c of the firewall and registration (which we did over the phone with Adobe) but we still keep getting, "you now have 7 days before CS 6 quits working" dialogue box keeps coming up.

if you're not able to activate by clicking help>activate, contact adobe support again:   (http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html).

Found the install/activate (not cloud) behind authentication Proxy server—writeup on Adobe discussions…

Now I’m trying to print it out to follow the steps (many many steps)

We have called and registered over the phone with adobe…

Now we have to get past the sign in and register part.

    Fingers crossed!

adobe trial versions are the same as their full versions.  the only difference is the trial version is functional for 30 days.

if you activate a trial version (after purchasing), you have the time-unlimited full version.

To my knowledge we did not activate the trial version…it was the default?

How do we get past it? Thanks

Is it a creative cloud subscription or perpetual license of CS6 ?

You can sign in with your adobe ID and password. Actaully in CS6 you have to sign in whether it is trail or paid version, so please sign in first and than you will find more options.
