Need help with activating photoshop already purchased on new Mac Book Pro

Need help with activating photoshop already purchased on new Mac Book Pro. I really prefer to have chat support with an adobe photoshop professional. They helped me a couple of years ago with the previous new mac book pro I had. I don't want to pay for photoshop a second time, because of the new computer for an existing product.
